（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化縣17日電）林姓男子帶著媽媽和女兒在彰化田尾公路花園租騎協力車，不過卻被1輛小轎車從後方追撞，林母傷重不治，1死2傷。
警方指出，家住台中沙鹿的林姓男子日前帶著媽媽和女兒、愛犬到田尾公路花園遊玩，林姓男子向公路花園出租協力車的業者租了1輛4人座的協力車，帶著母親以及女兒，騎著協力車遊覽公路花園。
林姓男子和家人暢遊完公路花園要歸還協力車時，行經田尾鄉公園路時，後方突然有1輛黑色的轎車追撞協力車，林男和家人被撞飛，其中林姓男子80歲的母親謝姓婦人傷勢嚴重，被送往卓綜合醫院，再轉送彰化基督教醫院，仍因傷重宣告不治。
警方獲報趕到現場處理，發現駕駛黑色轎車的男子也姓林，將林姓駕駛帶回派出所作筆錄，林姓駕駛供稱他因為感冒，精神不太好，開車開到一半恍神才會撞上協力車，對於自己的行為感到很懊悔。
林姓駕駛訊後，遭警方依過失致死罪移送彰化地檢署偵辦。1060217
「魔球」軍團奧克蘭運動家隊終於在季末出手補強，以600萬美元一年約簽下外野手Rajai Davis（戴維斯），他去年幫印地安人隊打進世界大賽。
